These are the rules for commissioning Prime Viridian.
You must review and agree to these rules before commissioning me.
Preferred Work
I prefer commissions that feature these kinds of projects or topics:
Character illustrations, pinups
NSFW, erotic, fetish, and BDSM art
LGBTQ+ content
Human and humanoid characters
Monsters
Furry, fantasy, and sci-fi characters
Character designs, ref sheets, and concept art
Graphic design, icons, and document design
Live2D animations and avatars
Forbidden Content / Won’t Draw
I will reject commissions that request the following content:
Bigoted or hateful subjects, discrimination, or real-world violence
Self-harm or trauma (your character hurting themself)
Extreme hyper and extreme inflation
Gore, scat, mutilation, snuff, and necrophilia
Ageplay, ABDL, underage characters, loli, shota, and cub
Porn of real-world feral animals
I also reserve the right to reject a commission for any other reason if I feel it’s not a suitable project for me.
Your Situation
You must be at least 18 years old to commission me
Before commissioning me, please make sure that you own all characters I will be drawing, or have written permission from their owner for me to draw them
Please have a working method of communication for us to use: Discord, Twitter, email, etc. You must be able to respond to messages within 48 hours.
I require payment up front at the start of your commission. To make the process as smooth as possible, please have the necessary funds ready.
I will post your commission publicly when finished. Please let me know if you’d instead prefer a private or anonymous commission at no extra charge.
Permitted Use of Your Commission
You may only use your commission for personal, private use:
You may use your commission for private fun and exhibition
You may post your commission to your social media accounts and your galleries, and you may also use it as an avatar. Please credit me and link back to me!
You may use your commission for tabletop games or as tokens
You may produce personal pinups, clothing, drinkware, badges, etc using your commission but only for your personal use
These situations require explicit permission from me.
If you want to do any of these things, please mention them in your
commission request:
You may not edit or retouch your commission without permission
You may not sell your commission to someone else without permission
You may not use your commission in other media, such as streams, videos, shorts, magazines, mailing lists, ads, and promos, without permission
You may not use your commission on mass-produced merchandise, swag, or physical gifts without permission
You may not use your commission to mint NFTs or any other kind of digital collectable
You may not use your commission in any machine learning or artificial intelligence applications without permission
Process
The commission process is designed for open communication and collaboration throughout the project. This ensures that the final artwork meets your specific needs and preferences.
We’ll start with an initial consultation where we discuss the details of your commission. This includes the type of artwork you want, the subject matter, and any specific requests you might have. I will review any references or notes you have gathered. I will provide a price quote based on the project’s scope and complexity.
Payment is provided up-front for commissions. You have the option to pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or ACH direct debit. For projects with a higher overall cost, I may permit a payment plan that spans multiple months.
You will receive status updates during the process: layouts, sketches, lines, and base colors. At each stage you may request revisions or changes. Please understand that any delay on your part to provide references, answer questions, or give feedback will result in a longer commission time.
Once the commission is complete, I will send you the final artwork for your approval. If there are any minor revisions needed, I will make the necessary changes and resend the artwork. Once you are satisfied with the final product, you will receive the final image exports and the project is considered complete.
You are responsible for downloading and backing up your own commission files after the project is finished. I cannot guarantee that I will keep all of your project files in perpetuity.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your commission before I have started work on it, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your commission after I have started work on it, I will refund a percentage of the total cost based on the amount of work completed. For example, if I have completed 50% of the work, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost.
If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, I will do my best to address any concerns or issues. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the circumstances. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If there are any technical issues or errors with the artwork, I will do my best to correct them. If the issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
If the commission is otherwise complete and approved by you, no further refund opportunities or exceptions will be made.
Please note that all refunds may take 7–14 days to reverse back to your bank or payment method, a timeline that I do not control.
